Set in the rolling countryside to the south of Edinburgh, Tempervale is situated on the edge of the conservation village of Howgate. The residential village is ideally located for access into Edinburgh through the A701 and good bus services.

Directions

From Edinburgh, head south out of the city passed Straiton for the A701. At the next roundabout, continue over for the A701. Take the slip road on the left hand side for the B7026. Continue down this road, through Auchendinny. At the roundabout in Howgate, continue straight over and Tempervale is the last property on the left hand side, situated opposite the village allotments.
