PURCHASING THIS PROPERTY WITH A LIFETIME LEASE
This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise´s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property´s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

First time on the market in over 40years! This beautifully charming home is a true one of a kind and one that you will not likely find on the market again anytime soon. Set back from the road in an area of North Woodingdean where homes for sale are few and far between this wonderful home will blow you away from the moment you lay eyes on it after walking up the long driveway.
With beautiful features throughout that include gorgeous wooden floors, lovely high ceilings and a lovely cosy log burner you really will have a feeling of being at home here. The property has been lovingly cared for over the years and is well suited for growing families, making it perfect for those wanting that forever home to enjoy for years to come. The stunning large reception rooms give it a fantastic feeling of space and the potential to create a further bedroom in place of the dining area means it caters well for larger families wanting that extra room.
The garden is arguably one of the highlights here, fantastically private and enjoying sun for the vast majority of the day it really is the perfect setting to relax in or entertain family and friends on long summer days and with a heated pool to boot you'll be the envy of all those who come round!
With much more to enjoy here it really is a home that needs to be seen to be fully appreciated so we highly recommend arranging your viewing now to avoid the disappointment of missing out on this truly rare home.
What the Owner says:
When we first saw our home all those years ago, it certainly looked a lot different from what we are able to enjoy today, in fact our first viewing was in the evening so we didn't even realise half of what was on offer here!
It has been a real pleasure to enjoy over the years and we've loved every moment of raising our family here.
The area is perfect with everything on our doorstep, whilst also being so quiet you could be forgiven for thinking you're in the middle of the countryside! After so many years it will be hard to leave our home, however we no longer need as much space and know the time is right to move on and let another family create their own memories here.
