This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise´s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property´s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Any discerning buyer is sure to be impressed by this stunning family home set within a small cul-de-sac of similar properties. As soon as you step through the front door, it is evident that you are entering a home to be proud of. With its five double bedrooms, two with en-suites, and fantastic downstairs living space, there really is everything you could want. All the rooms are generously proportioned and have a light and bright feel. The contemporary kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped and has lovely touches such as an integral wine cooler - one of a number of features to satisfy anyone with an eye for detail. It also has ample space for a dining suite, although the adjoining family room could easily be used as a formal dining room if you preferred.
As you would expect, the high standard of presentation inside the home is matched by the outside space. The large garden has been beautifully landscaped, including a gorgeous Chinese garden, and features a summerhouse, gazebo, cabin and storage sheds, many with light and power. The main feature has to be the heated swimming pool which will give you hours of enjoyment, especially in our increasingly hot summers. Parking is catered for not only by a double garage but also by a contemporary-designed structure providing covered parking, as well as space on the driveway.
Situated in a semi-rural area with glorious countryside on the doorstep, this really has to be viewed.
What the Owner says:
Having lived here for a good number of years, we have always enjoyed everything our beautiful home has to offer. It really comes into its own when we entertain family and friends, especially during the summer months when we can spill out into the lovely garden and host pool parties which are always good fun.
We think this cul-de-sac is definitely one of the best in the area - it's really peaceful and our neighbours are so friendly.
Although we're tucked away, it only takes us a few minutes to drive to the local shops and amenities, whilst a selection of nearby towns and Gatwick airport are also within easy reach.
