The boat is so well insulated that she’s toasty warm in winter and cool in summer. As she is so well-built and heavy (140 tonnes), she is very stable in the water.

But the rooms could be configured to offer three double bedrooms and a study / studio / playroom / second reception room. The main living room is large, light and airy and provides excellent entertaining space for parties, family get-togethers and meetings. The dining area can easily seat 14 with generous space.
