We have enjoyed raising out family in this wonderful home, it has so many great features and good memories, however, it is now time to downsize and let another family enjoy this property as much as we have. We previously had planning consent to build a double garage to the front drive, so if the owners wish to re-submit the application we don’t see any reason that this would not be approved again.
