Heading south on the M6, take the exit at junction 10 and take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A454, continue for 0.9 miles and bear left onto the A4148, continue for 0.8 miles. From Walsall take the A461 Lichfield Street, at the roundabout take the first exit onto Lichfield Road continue for 1 mile then turn right onto B4154, continue for 0.5 miles then turn left onto Winterley lane at the Royal Oak pub, where the access to the land can be seen on your right at the rear of the pub car park.
