It was the location that first attracted me to this house. I live locally and saw them being built so knew that finding a new house, this close to the railway station and the town centre, was rare.

I also liked that it was a private cul-de-sac as I value peace and quiet. I was also amazed at the size of the house as all the bedrooms were doubles and it just felt so light and bright throughout.

I particularly liked this house as the garden was bigger than most of the others and it also came with a garage so I could park my car safely and securely.

Quarry Close is a lovely place to live, the neighbours are friendly and there is even a children's play area for families.
