History - A Heritage Impact Assessment in the support of the relevant planning application has been carried out which reveals that the Hall (main farmhouse) is a Grade II listed building dated back to the 17th Century with later additions constructed in brick with limestone ashlar dressings and course rubble limestone all supporting a plain rosemary type tiled roof to the front south elevation. Certain building materials within the Hall are believed to have been re-used from Bullington Priory now no longer.
The farm buildings principally in brick and tile are typically Victorian and are not listed. The buildings include a mid-20th century corn store/ general purpose building.
The last agricultural use for the traditional buildings was in conjunctions with a dairy enterprise.
