THE LODGE:

Our Luxury two bedroom and two bathrooms centrally heated lodge with double glazing, in one of the best plots on the park which has absolutely breathtaking views of the Malvern Hills and was one of our main reasons for buying it.

One of the largest lodges on the park in a commanding position, measuring 50ft x 20ft, which makes it extremely spacious and ideal for family use.

Beautiful open plan, light and airy lounge and dinning area with vaulted ceilings. Remote controlled electric fire, flat screen tv, and 6 seater dining table and chairs.

Kitchen is also open plan and comes with an intergrated dishwasher, hob oven and plenty of storage.

Separate utility area to the side of the kitchen which contains a large integrated fridge freezer and washer drier and even more storage.

It offers a large beautiful and very rare sunroom/conservatory at the front of the lodge with vaulted ceilings and large twin opening French doors on to the decking area where spectacular views can be enjoyed.

Lodge is surrounded by a large front and side maintenance-free deck, with stunning glass panels which give uninterrupted views of the Malvern Hills. Very high-end quality Rattan table and chairs, seaters and planters come with this lodge.

All internal walls of the lodge are professionally plastered with no cheap ply lining between rooms which really offers a home from home experience with sound deadening qualities.

This actual lodge is featured on the main header of the Malvern View website.

2 car parking bays on plot and visitor parking close by.

THE PARK

This 5* park is beautifully kept which is a credit to the park owners. The landscaping of the park is genuinely second-to-none, all grounds are maintained which means no grass cutting required.

This is an owners-only site, with a 12-month holiday licence.

The park is the proud owner of 3 outstanding and well-stocked fishing lakes for the use of owners only. On top of this, there is a recently added deer park with a trail walk to admire the deer.
The Old Barn House Bar & Bistro is conveniently located and again, only for the use of the owners of park homes. It offers a brand new, beautiful, secure and safe children's play area next to the Bar & Bistro.

Planning permission has been also been granted for a swimming pool and spa.

This park is perfect for long walks and is dog-friendly with dedicated dog walking areas.

We are so sad to leave this beautiful lodge and holiday park, we have really enjoyed being here for 4 years, but due to family circumstances, we are very reluctantly having to sell.

Viewing of this lodge really is advised as no pictures will do this holiday home and its views justice. Tears will be shed when we have to leave. We spent a lot of time searching for this lodge and really did our homework before we purchased this one. We've enjoyed it and now its time for someone else to enjoy it.
