OUR VIEW: "It was a lovely sunny day when I measured and photographed this penthouse apartment, in preparation for putting it on the market, so there was a huge temptation to stay a little while longer and soak up the rays on the large south-facing roof terrace. But, to be honest, the space, the surroundings (an open aspect through virtually every window, and views towards the woods on the other side of the Avon in one direction, and the Welsh Hills in another), and the fact that even internal parts of the accommodation are naturally lit by skylights, I reckon you'd feel happy whatever the weather. It's a very roomy home. The flat has three bedrooms (one's being used as a study at the moment but would easily convert back), two reception rooms (the lounge is a great size) which both have patio doors out to the terrace, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and an en suite bathroom. There's also a garage, and well-tended communal gardens. Oh, and there's a lift too." Martin G. Haigh
