Owners Comments

We've really enjoyed living in Gull Cottage Dartmouth for many reasons. Just 5 Min's walk away from the town and all its shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee bars and if you're feeling lazy you can catch the bus back which stops just outside our door!

We've loved the buzz of the music festival, food festivals and of course the regatta and made full use of the amenities at the Flavel - the library, theatre, cinema ,and classes on offer. The garden gets sun all day and has lovely views across open countryside so that when you're in the garden it feels very rural and peaceful.

Parking has never seemed much of an issue as we've been able either to park across the road or just round the corner.
