Services We understand that mains water, gas, electricity and drainage is available within the existing grounds of the building and suitable rights will be granted in favour of the purchaser to connect into these services, subject to any making good works that will be required. The freeholders provide no warranty as to the capacity of such services and prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves with regard to the provision of services.  

Constriction The purchaser will be required to complete a schedule of works to the existing building which is available upon request. The flats must be constructed in accordance with current Building Regulations.
