This flat first attracted me as it had a garage, which is very rare in flats, so I just had to take a look.

When I did I was so pleased because it was close to the town centre and the station which was very important to me as I commute to London for work.

I loved the size of the flat and that it had a kitchen/diner and that only one other flat shared the communal area. The fact that it had a new lease granted just sealed the deal for me.

Since moving in I have spruced up the kitchen and completely redecorated throughout and laid new flooring. I have also fitted a new shower room which has soft lighting and under floor heating so, even on the darkest and coldest winter morning, it is still very welcoming.

I have also repaired the garage and added more lighting so that it is more 'user friendly' in the winter months.
