I was keen to buy a property in this development due to its proximity to Ebbsfleet International railway station, which offers a fast and convenient commuter service to central London as well as mainland Europe.

I chose this particular flat, off plan, as it is tucked away at the back of the development so it would be nice and quiet. It also has a double aspect living area with a large window to the side which makes it bright and very welcoming.

There is a secure underground parking space and a balcony so, on a warm summer's evening, you can throw open the patio doors and sit on the balcony enjoying the outside space.
