This has been our family home for over ten years and we have absolutely loved living here. The area is great and there is a real sense of community spirit.
When we first moved to this house, we carried out a lot of work which involved modernising the house and there is still the potential to extend (subject to planning permission).
We have kept the garden low maintenance by paving an area near to the house, which is ideal to enjoy a barbecue in the summer months, leaving the rest of the garden as the lawned area that has enough room for the children to play upon.
