We always wanted to live on the fleet estate because of the fantastic primary school on the development. Living here meant that our sons were in the catchment area and our daily school runs were a lot easier. The location is brilliant for travel as well, there is a fast track bus service which runs through the estate which we've used frequently to get into Dartford. We are also close to the M25 and A2 so it is very easy to get into London and also Darenth Vally Hospital is just stones throw away.
Another reason we loved this property was the parking. A lot of properties on this development have a shared driveway, we were lucky enough to find one of the few that has a private driveway, on which we have had 4 cars on it at onetime – perfect when the kids grew up and had cars of their own.
The property itself it the perfect size family home and we have never felt that we needed more space. It was extended to the front before we moved in which gave us the added bonus of a downstairs shower room and we also added a conservatory about 5 years ago.
