We bought the property from new and had a large choice of the houses including the show home. We choose the property because it was not overlooked at the front or back, it backed onto an orchard and was south facing.

We choose the Welsford II because it was a good size 4 bed with lots of wardrobe and storage space and larger than usual en-suite and family bathroom. It also offered a comfortable kitchen dining room.
