I was looking for a bigger house and it was the location that first attracted me to this one. It is nicely tucked away, right on the outskirts of Gravesend and is peaceful and quiet, with no passing traffic making it perfect if you have a family. There are also a good selection of local shops within walking distance as well as bus routes, schools and a park.
The house was built in the 1990's and since moving in I have had the garden landscaped, replaced the windows, doors soffits and facsias and made the en-suite bigger. I have also fitted new bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and a utility room, and have recently had new carpets laid.
All my friends comment on what a lovely house this is; light, bright, warm and welcoming. There is also an integral garage with a driveway so parking is never a problem.
