'Being our first home together, we wanted to make our time in Nottingham special, and this house helped do exactly that. The location has been ideal for us, being situated right between the two main hospitals where we worked, with Medilink and other bus links just around the corner. It's also a piece of cake to get onto a cycle path that takes you in all directions, including directly into town. Having the local amenities of Wollaton just around the corner (with a brand new Co-Op even closer!), and being within a short drive of both Beeston and the city center, has made life a lot easier, and a lot more sociable! Being able to walk to Wollaton Park has been perfect for Sunday afternoon strolls, and the occasional run. It's also perfect for dog walking! The Wollaton and The Admiral Rodney are fantastic pubs to have as our locals, and do some excellent food. Our two cats have also loved living in the quiet location, and we haven't once been concerned for their safety if they were to wander into the roads. Having plenty of car space was important for us, so we altered the drive to accommodate both our cars (and then some!). Other than that, a large part of the appeal for us was that this house was ready to move into and turned into our home straight away. That still holds true, and would be ideal for anyone looking to do the same. What we will really miss about this house are the good times we've had in it and the generosity and kindness of our neighbors, who would go above and beyond to help out on many occasions.'
