"We have loved living in the area for several years, it's a quiet neighbourhood and our neighbours have been really friendly, most have lived here for years. It's a 2 minute walk to Wells Park, which has really good facilities: tennis courts, playgrounds, the ponds, and the wild woodland. Perfect for families with children and dogs. The flat overlooks Taylor's lane allotments, which has been a wonderful facility for us, and is great if you have green fingers! The streets are usually traffic free and it's a quiet area at night. Kirkdale is very close with its quirky shops and fantastic 161 bistro, and at the top by Sydenham Hill is the Wood House pub with its amazing garden and food, across the road from Dulwich Wood."
