Tenure and Possession
The property is offered by sale by private treaty and is available as a whole or in up to 7 lots. The freehold of the property is to be sold and vacant possession will be given on completion.

Barton in Fabis is a rural village which boasts a farm shop, church and village hall and is situated within easy commuting distance to Nottingham, Loughborough, Derby, M1 and East Midlands Airport.
From the M1 North / South, exit at junction 24 and take the A453 sign posted Nottingham. After approximately 7 miles take a left at the roundabout sign posted Barton in Fabis. Lot 3 is on the right hand side heading down the hill. Take a right at the sign post to Barton in Fabis and follow the road through the village on Manor Road and take a right on to Rectory Place. Follow the track out of the village west and lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 are to the left and in front of you.
Heading out of the village on Manor Road south, Lot 2 is approximately 400 metres along the left hand side. At the T junction turn left and drive up the hill, past the other entrance to the village and take a right on to Barton Lane and under the A 453. Follow signs for Glebe Farm and head south parallel to the A 453. Lot 1 can be found to the south of the road approximately 1/2 mile from the junction.
