Vendor Insight
Having lived in Hemel for over a decade, we were looking for a house to make it as our home in this desirable part of Leverstock Green and we never thought that it will take this long for a house to come on to the market ticking most of our boxes in this ever so popular location.

The estate agent almost knew what we are after and we had the privilege to view this house even before it was launched in the market. We should say that this house was like our love at first sight and we placed an offer as soon as we came out from our viewing.

We were first drawn for its great sense of space, its light and airy rooms, great potential to extend (both front & back), opportunity to be close to Leverstock Village shops and pubs, and easily linked to Watford/St Albans/Kings Langley and of course to London, M1/M25.

Say it for the calm and peaceful locality, beautiful garden with soothing and relaxing Koi pond, size of the bedrooms we could not only foresee that our kids to grow in such a lovely environment but also us growing old with this lovely neighbourhood.

We have made various changes to the interiors of this house and brought a modern look before we moved in order to make it as our home. We love every aspect of this house from the calming waterfall, birds chirping through out the day, high gloss laminate floors in the bedrooms to the colour of the each and every walls. We also love the dual aspect living room, lovely views to our garden from the bedrooms, a royal bay window amidst of the staircase which brings different shade to our home during the day.

Though for a short period, this house has seen loads of parties never before in our time and made tons of memories in our life to cherish. It’s a shame that we have to move. We can't say enough how much we love this as our home and can go on and on.. if we can lift this up and move to Surrey, we will. But, its time we let this go and leave it to the next family to enjoy. We hope you'll love this when you make this as your home as much as we did and make loads and loads of memory over the years.
