From Exeter, exit the A380 following the sign to Teignmouth on the B3192. Progress towards the town past the secondary school on your left hand side and proceed to the bottom of the hill. At the traffic lights turn left and immediately before Waitrose on your right hand side proceed straight on at the roundabout, taking the next left before the railway station into Shute hill. Cross the railway bridge and proceed up the hill to the junction. Turn left onto Higher Brimley Road and Mardon House will be found along on the left hand side.
