The kitchen makes clever use of its available space, maximising the usability of the room. It features stylish units, some are showcase glass fronted, in excellent condition and contains all the space for electronic aids that your grannie could only dream of….had they even been invented then! One end features a useful breakfast bar, catering for the frantic early morning rush and a large very handy under stair storage space for all the stuff you don’t want people to see. It is however, a yard that cries out for deck chairs and BBQs and one where I would be very happy to while away an afternoon in the glorious summer season that’s soon upon us!

Moving upstairs, to the left of the stairwell is a truly enormous bedroom, some 12’ by 17’6” with double aspect windows to ensure sufficient light and with a walk in cupboard to cater for your storage needs – it could possibly accommodate an en-suite but you would need to speak to a local professional builder just to see how easy this can be done.

Opposite here at the far end of the landing is the ‘small’ bedroom though at over 10’ square, which funnily enough, would shame the Master bedrooms in some of the more modern new build houses of today!

Between these two is the very attractively tiled bathroom with the usual suite of lavatory, hand basin and bath with shower over. It is worth noting that the shower runs straight from the mains via the gas combi boiler and thus, it has the necessary pressure to get you properly wet, unlike many of the feeble electric ones in common use.

Finally we come to the last bedroom. This is another generously proportioned room at 10’ by 13’6” and again featuring a large walk-in cupboard.
