From Bath, leaving the City on the Lower Bristol Road, proceeding to the Globe roundabout, exiting on the A39 (Wells Road), passing through Corston and proceed past the Wheatsheaf public house on the right and at the traffic lights, follow the signpost to Compton Dando. On entering the village turn left, passing The Compton Inn, whereby Court Hill will lead into Rankers Lane where you will find Blackers Mead along on the left hand side, accessed via a gateway over a cattle grid and along the track connecting to the driveway up to the house.
