GENERAL
The Farmhouse is situated in a lovely rural location on the edge of the small settlement of Stirton Mill in North East Fife. The surrounding area comprises a mixture of open countryside and rolling hills with the Motray Burn running nearby along one edge of the property.

Gauldry is 2 miles to the north, which has a local shop, school and pub as well as a bus service with regular connections to Dundee and other destinations.
