The Property
We are privileged with this instruction to offer for sale this wonderful four / six bedroom detached period residence with a prime spacious plot commanding stunning views with a 180 degree vista of the bay of Benllech from the house and the large, well established gardens.

We understand the property was built pre or around 1900 and has been the subject of a comprehensive refurbishment programme carried out over the years, conserving many original features; carefully blending the Cottage style interior with 21st century contemporary living.

The spacious and well-proportioned accommodation is beautifully presented throughout comprising: entrance vestibule / porch, reception hall, dining room, lounge, study / sitting room, conservatory and a fabulous contemporary / cottage style kitchen fitted with an extensive range of wooden units and appliances with a spacious area for a breakfast table. Off the kitchen, a half-glazed wooden door opens to a rear corridor giving access to the pantry / utility room, downstairs shower room and Mediterranean style private courtyard ideal for entertaining; with direct access to the conservatory. Also on the ground floor is the added feature of a side entrance and corridor and two additional rooms which could be used as bedrooms or provide a holiday let.

The first floor accommodation is approached from an elegant staircase leading to a large landing area with panoramic sea and mountain views. This area provides access to four bedrooms and a luxury principal bathroom. The bedrooms consist of two spacious double bedrooms, and two guest bedrooms enjoying their own views.

The property has a spacious driveway that can park a number of cars.

The property is sold with No Onward Chain.

Location
Benllech is a seaside resort on the east coast of Anglesey in North Wales 15 mins from bridges to the mainland. The village itself is quite small, (population 2,340), much of which straddles the A5025 east coast Anglesey road, as indeed do most of the shops and Medical Centre. There are a number of supermarkets and a variety of shops supplying the needs of visitors and locals alike however, Benllech is not principally a shopping area and enjoys a balanced combination of permanent residents of all ages, a very good school and a viable percentage of holiday homes.

With its golden sands, a clear blue sea and safe beach area, Benllech's famous beach is popular for traditional family holidays; rangers patrol the beach in the summer months and organised games offer other children-friendly holiday options in addition to crabbing, rock pooling and paddling in the sea. The beautiful Anglesey countryside and glorious beaches ensure visitors return year after year

For those who require activities that are more strenuous, Benllech beach is popular for many water sports. Moreover, the close proximity of the Anglesey Coastal Path offers opportunities for some of the best coastline walks in Wales and the UK. A very popular walk is in the South-easterly direction toward Penmon, skirting David's Park and beach towards the adjoining Red Wharf Bay which itself is popular with boating enthusiasts, offering inn and restaurant facilities, miles of sand and an abundance of sea-life places to explore including upper shoreline walks and low-tide walks across to Llanddona (Knowledge of tides is essential because of their fast changing nature here).
