I′d say it′s a comfy and quiet flat with high ceilings and good sized rooms.


Why are you moving?


I′m selling because I have had a change in circumstances. 


What do you love about the area?


The Watsons General Telegraph is the best local pub I′ve ever had, and it′s just across the street. Norris + Knight across the road does a great coffee also! I like that Peckham Rye Park is just around the corner, and Lordship Lane plus Peckham High Street with all their pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.
