The living room which has a Jotul wood burning stove, features original exposed stone wall and an arched window/door giving access to the courtyard garden.

There are three good sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has an arched window and door giving access to the courtyard, bedroom two has dual aspect windows facing west and north and bedroom three has an east facing window and original cast iron fire place.
The bedrooms, living room and lower hallway are all carpeted.

To reach the property from the A1 take the B6341 just north of Purdy Lodge services (signposted Wooler, Chatton) for approximately 4 ½ miles until Chatton Trout Fishery is seen on the left. At this point take the left turn up a single track tarmac road for just over a mile (there is a gate after about ¾ mile, usually closed) until the property is reached at the end of the lane.
