We love the big living room with lots of natural light, and having the space to sit together in the kitchen. The kids really enjoy their bedroom, and the office room is great for working from home. The neighbourhood is cheerful and we have made lots of friends here. Alexandra Park is a short walk away, as is our son's primary school and local shops. The location is great, it's a short walk to either Penge East and Sydenham rail so it's quick into the city. We are selling as we are moving abroad, though this will always be our cherished first home."
