THE PROPERTY

Located on a delightful modern development off Wimblebury Road near to Hednesford centre, this marvellous bungalow is available with no upward chain. The plot is found at the end of a row of three properties on the right as you enter Nelson Drive and has a block-paved driveway wide enough for two cars to park. Those looking at the front photo will understand that there was originally a garage however the owners converted to create a third bedroom.

Moving into the home via the main front door, viewers will immediately find themselves in a long corridor with doors leading off to all three bedrooms, lounge, family bathroom and fitted kitchen. There is also an airing cupboard housing the central heating boiler to the rear part of the hallway.

Starting with the lounge, this is a fabulous sized reception room with enough space to hold a sofa suite and a dining table if desired. There are two windows to provide plenty of natural light, including a lovely bowed window protruding from the front wall. Also noticeable is a delightful wood-effect laminate floor and a feature gas fireplace.

Moving to the kitchen next, the suite installed deliberately comprises of base units only, as the previous occupant used a wheelchair. However, there is plenty of wall base should the new owner want to include some wall mounted units. Integrated in the base units are the four ring gas hob and an electric oven. The kitchen also has an exit door leading out to the rear garden.

All three bedrooms are a fantastic double size, with the master bedroom having large slide mirror wardrobes stretching the full length of the far wall. The final room is the family bathroom which has a grey suite that includes a shower above the bath.

Finishing outside to the rear of the property is the private garden. The garden is fairly low maintenance with a large slabbed patio on two levels surrounded by mature trees. There is a gated side passageway to the left side of the property allowing for the new owners to store their bins out of sight.
