A gate to one side of the property opens to a path leading to the rear garden. To the other side there is a garden area with timber garden shed. The rear garden is level and laid to lawn. There is mature hedging screening the property from the road.
From Bodmin take the A389 to Lanivet. Go through the village and then turn left under the A30 towards St Austell. Continue to the T junction then turn left. Follow the road along into Lockengate and then turn left signposted Ebenezer. The property is the first on the right hand side.
