There is no mains water supply adjacent to the site, and it is expected that water will be by the buyer providing a bore hole. 

Location The village of Old Newton is located on the B1113 approximately 3 miles north of the Mid Suffolk town of Stowmarket. The location of the plot is approximately ½ of a mile north of the main village centre with frontage onto the B1113. There are a small handful of adjacent properties, but otherwise the property is surrounded by farmland. Within the main village of Old Newton there are facilities which include a primary school and church, a village shop and a village hall with adjacent playing field.
