Location - The plot is at Letters, Lochside on the other side of Loch Broom from Ullapool, a sought after area, especially for new build houses. Ullapool is an attractive north west coast village which is a popular tourist destination. Directions - From Inverness take the A9 road north to the Tore roundabout where you take the second exit on to the A835. At the next roundabout, continue on the A835 road heading for Ullapool. Around 5 miles past the Braemore junction on the A835 turn left at the signpost for Clachan and Letters over the river. Take the next right and pass through Clachan. The plot is on the left hand side just over the bridge and after the sign for Letters. Park in the parking area at the foot of the hill (without obstructing access please). Walk though the gate and up the tarred road to the right, past a house called Skarista. Go though the gate (please close it behind you) and the plot is further into the field on the left hand side.

Services - Services are believed to be close by. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to connect to said services. Drainage will be by private system to be installed by the purchaser and SEPA have granted permission to install a sceptic tank.

Access And Boundaries - The boundaries of the site are outlined on the plan included within these particulars. The access to the site will be in accordance with the planning conditions. The seller has granted permission for neighbours to build a track from the gate past by Skarista, past the plot to Burnside, above. Purchasers will have a duty to maintain the track with neighbours.
