DESCRIPTION
The land is situated approximately 200 metres from the B4233 on the eastern edge of the village of Llanvapley. There is excellent road access to Abergavenny to the West, Monmouth to the East and Raglan to the South.

From Abergavenny proceed along the B4233 (Old Monmouth Road) towards Llanvapley. ACCESS
On entering the land keep right along the northern edge to a pair of wooden gates, cross over the 'Green Lane' via further wooden gates and this leads into the main block.
