You'll be entertaining in your beautifully classic 180 square foot dining room with a bay window embellished with ornate stained glass, sleekly engineered floorboards underfoot, and a gorgeously rustic fireplace constructed from reclaimed timber complete an with Aga-style stove. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and classic, with the original 1930s suitesuite, wonderfully sturdy oversized Dublin sink and a chef's oven. Into the 180 square foot lounge and you're greeted by a wonderfully bright space with bi folding double glazed doors covering the rear wall for a breathtaking view of your lovingly-tended garden; fifty foot and south-facing, it's an incredible mix of lush lawn, foliage and flowering beds.

Back inside and the welcoming master bedroom is a very generous double of 170 square feet with another bay window, original fireplace and plush carpet underfoot. Your second bedroom is a solid double and you have a generous single next to it, both with gorgeous garden views. Finally, the monochrome bathroom is decked out in crisp white tiles with ebony flourishes and a rainfall shower.

Outside, you have the famous open green space of Chingford (referenced in the Doomsday book as 'Cingefort' in 1066AD) on all sides, including Mansfield Park, Pimp Hall Nature Reserve and Ridgeway Park with a miniature rail way (that Walt Disney once visited!) as well as newly laid tennis courts, play areas for children and a cafe. A WORD FROM THE OWNER....

"We have totally loved and enjoyed living in our family house in Goldborough Crescent. The house is beautiful with many of it's original features. We have made life long friendships with our neighbours and the location has proven to be so beneficial to us. Our children have attended great local schools and we have open spaces near by including the park in walking distance and we have enjoyed our walks in Epping Forest. We are able to jump onto our local central line to get into central London . The garden is just the right size for our family, however now that our children have flown the nest we are ready to move on in our lives and say bye to our wonderful home."
