DESCRIPTION
The vessel was last out of the water in 2016 at which time the hull was blacked with bitumen. The hull has been treated in the past with 2 pack epoxy in 2005 and 2011. The superstructure was also repainted in September 2016. Since 2014 the boat has had some upgrades such as, new cratch frame and cover fitted, floor replaced to laminate, under floor heating in the double cabin. The bathroom has been refurbished. The fridge, water and shower pumps and the domestic water pressure accumulator have been changed. New mushroom vents fitted. Sold with a residential mooring at High Line Yachting, Iver.


CABIN 1: ENGINE ROOM
from the aft deck onto boarded over engine. Instrument panel to starboard with single lever control. 12v distribution panel. Small LEC 240v front opening freezer.


CABIN 2: DOUBLE BEDROOM
spacious cabin. The double bed is lengthways to port. Storage below. Full height cupboards and pine drawer unit.


CABIN 3: BATHROOM
tiled, shower with folding doors, basin with storage below and mirror front. Free-standing storage unit and cassette toilet.


CABIN 4: GALLEY
The galley is organised on either side of the craft. Dark grey granite effect roll-top work surface over solid timber cupboards and drawers. To port is an inset one and a half bowl stainless steel sink and drainer. Below the work surface is a 240v Bosh refrigerator. Full height splashbacks with white tile with green décor details. Paloma gas water heater mounted over work surface. To starboard is a full height unit housing Ikea whirlpool microwave at eye level and New Home GL616 oven and grill in stainless steel. CABIN 5: SALOON

MOORING
The residential mooring is located at the High Line Yachting boatyard at Iver, on the Slough Arm of the Grand Union. The mooring, has the benefit of a grassed area alongside the bank amongst a community of other residential and cruising boats. Secure parking is available in the boatyard. A key to the gate and toilet block in the main building is provided on deposit.

Facilities offered are 240v electricity connection (charged by meter reading) and water point. BT telephone connection (subject to the BT connection charge if applicable). Pump out/chemical toilet emptying facilities. Diesel, coal and gas are available in the boatyard, with gas and coal deliveries to alongside on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons. Toilet and shower block (showers are token operated) with washing machine and tumble dryer (token operated).

The current mooring rates for narrow beam craft are as follows:
Paid annually : £64.00 per foot per annum
Paid six monthly : £34.00 per foot per half year
Paid monthly : £6.00 per foot per month payable by standing order

A payment of six months' mooring fees in advance will be required. A residential licence payable to Canal and River Trust is required. High Line Yachting reserve the right to refuse the transfer of the mooring. Council tax is payable.
