DESCRIPTION AND SITUATION

DIRECTIONS
From Shrewsbury, take the A528 heading north following signs for Ellesmere. From the Ellesmere roundabout, continue along the A528 for 3.5 miles before bearing left onto Higher Road (still A528) at Harmer Hill. Continue on this road for 1.8 miles before again turning left onto an unnamed road signed for Myddle. Continue through Myddle for approximately 1.5 miles and the land will be found on both the left and right hand side of the road, both parcels of land will be located by a Berrys ´For Sale´ board as well as signs denoting Lot 1 and Lot 2.

From Baschurch, take the B5067 north and arrive at the crossroads. Bear right onto Station Road (B4397) and follow for approximately 1.8 miles at which point the land will be found etither side of the road, signposted by a Berrys ´For Sale´ board and signs denoting Lot 1 and Lot 2.

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME ENTITLEMENTS AND AGRI-ENVIRONMENT SCHEME
