Brought the property in 2006 to move into a larger house and basically improve the way we live as a family with regards to space.

Our only daughter has now moved out so we are planning to downsize, pay a large proportion off or all off, of our remaining mortgage.

The house has a great flow to it downstairs, with an open plan feel which leads from the lounge, through the conservatory and into the garden.

Water Orton is a great place to live (we are looking to stay in the village), great links into Birmingham yet it retains a village feel whilst not being too isolated. Local shops and pubs fine too.

Water Orton is a popular village in North Warwickshire with a history dating back as far as the 14th-century. The village is believed to have been named after the location of the 14th-century chapel due to its elevated position overlooking the valley of the River Tame.

There are also numerous community interests with the local rugby club, two amateur football teams and an amateur dramatics company.
