Lytchett Matravers is a highly sought-after large village which is well located for good access to Wimborne, Poole, Bournemouth, Wareham and Dorchester. The A348 and A31 nearby connects to the M27. It is a lively village with a primary school, shops, a Tesco Express, 2 public houses, a library, doctors? surgery, a sports club, Dorset Polo Club, vineyard and an active village hall which often hosts dramatic productions. Lytchett Minster School is within the catchment area and Poole and Parkstone Grammars, Castle Court Prep and Canford School are close by.

Directions
From the Wareham office, head up North Street, and take the A351 off the first roundabout. Follow the road through Sandford and turn left at the traffic lights - signposted Organford. Follow this for several miles until you reach the A35. Turn left and then immediately right into the Wareham Road. Follow this and go straight across at the cross roads (High Street/Huntick Road) at the T- junction turn left onto Lime Kiln Road and then turn right into Flowers Drove and the property will be found on the right hand side.
