PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

***Guide Price £325,000 - 350,000***

This home close to Preston Circus marks the geographical centre of Brighton. London Road train station is on your doorstep and Brighton station is less than a 10-minute walk away making the journey to work a bit easier for all you commuters out there.

Brighton city centre with its famous Pier and seafront is just a short 20-minute stroll away, plenty to see and do there and lots going on especially in summer months.

Closer to home, you have many local pubs, restaurants, cafes and delis on your doorstep. The Duke of York picture house is also very close by and the Open Market is a firm favourite with locals purchasing fresh produce.

The home itself is on the quiet, top two floors of this Victorian terrace. Walking through the front door and through to the hallway you immediately notice the feature spiral staircase. The open plan living space is just beyond this and offers a great space for entertaining. Further to this there are two double bedrooms and a larger than average bathroom plus great rooftop views to the rear.

What the Owner says:

We bought this as our first home as first-time buyers and we have very much, loved living in this fun, friendly part of the city for the past 3 years. We have enjoyed many summers on Brighton beach, which we can walk to in under 30 minutes or closer to home Preston Park is also good for a picnic. The local pubs are really friendly and great for a quick drink after work – most of them serving good food too, saving the washing up on a Sunday Roast. Friends/family who come to visit us can never quite believe how close we are to the hustle and bustle of Brighton centre but also how surprisingly quiet and peaceful our location is too. It's been a great home for us, we hope the next buyers will be as happy here as we have been.
