Farmhouse
Located centrally to the farmstead, the farmhouse is of stone construction under a slate roof attached to the cottage and traditional stone buildings, which could present opportunities to extend, subject to gaining the relevant planning consents. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and includes two sitting rooms, dining kitchen and utility on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. The farmhouse retains its original character features with exposed beams and stone fireplaces. Outside there is a yard to the front with ample parking. EPC Rating - E.

To the first floor are three well proportioned bedrooms and bathroom. The vendors run a successful holiday let from the cottage and have done so for several years with many repeat bookings. There is great potential to either continue it as a holiday let, combine with the farmhouse to create a larger property or let out on a long term let. Outside there is a seating terrace which takes great advantage of the panoramic views of Kingsdale Valley, lawned garden, together with off road parking. EPC Rating - F.

Farm Buildings

The land is classified as Grade 5 under the MAFF Provisional Agricultural Land Classification. The farm is bounded predominantly by well maintained and stock proof drystone walls.
