I purchased this property as a first time buyer approximately 30 years ago. I have loved living here and will be extremely sad to leave.

It is a great flat to live in as it is very spacious and has a nice homely feel. What first appealed to me was the overall size of the flat and also that it was split over two floors.

The garden is great during the summer months and is a lovely place to relax. I really do hope that the owners are extremely happy here.
