VIEW THE 360 DEGREE VIRTUAL TOUR- Whether you are a first time buyer, investment buyer or someone relocating to Worthing, you will not want to miss out on this well presented, rarely available one bedroom house located within a prime commuter hotspot.

The current owners have lived here close to 20 years and over the years have loved maintaining it both inside and out, meaning you can simply move in, unpack and start enjoying your lovely new home. The layout has been adapted and now flows throughout providing various areas, whatever the event.

The lounge is bright and welcoming, ideal for a cosy evening in front of the television. For a more formal evening, invite friends and family over for a lovely home cooked meal in the dining room. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area enabling you to remain part of the conversation whilst preparing the culinary delights. The kitchen is well laid out, so you're sure to be the envy of your friends!

Lots of similar properties in this area have ground floor bathrooms located to the rear of the kitchen, but not here. The current owner has created a lovely first floor bathroom and there is even a utility space.

Outside you will find a low maintenance courtyard style garden, perfect for enjoying a cold drink on a warm summers evening. Why not enjoy a stroll into Worthing town centre and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants the town has to offer. Anyone needing to commute for work will be pleased to know that Worthing mainline station can be found within walking distance.

With interest sure to be high, call and arrange your viewing today.

We have lived here for about 20 years and throughout the years have redecorated and modernised throughout. We really like the location as it is ever so convenient for the town centre, station and local shops.

We have decided that the time is right to sell, but hope to remain in the area.

We hope that they new owners enjoy their time here as much as we have.
