We brought the property nearly 15 years ago due to its location. It’s a short walk to the hospital, blue water and it’s bus stations, train stations and many local amenities, that have come in very useful. The close is quiet and has been a safe area to live in. We have loved living here but unfortunately have out grown what has been a lovely home for our family. We hope that the house brings as many fond memories to its new owners as it has to us.
