Owner's comments
We have loved living here these past 28 years and have invested quite a bit in the property with new carpets throughout, a new fireplace in the lounge, and a new cooker in the kitchen.
We love the fact that the Brentwood Centre is just 2-3 mins walk, there are local parks for the grandchildren to play in, and the nearby bus service to Brentwood High Street and station is very convenient.
It's now time for us to downsize and retire, but we hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have!
