Tenure: Leasehold

If you are looking for convenience, then this has it written all over it. If your ideal morning is just a short walk to the shops for the paper, or a brisk walk on the seafront, then this is the one!

Age restricted living with a community feel, this is exactly what it is. If you are looking for friendly neighbours and a warm atmosphere then this place really does have it.

The minute you walk into the property it really does feel like home and with a good sized lounge/diner there is space to entertain with friends or family so you can all get together and have a catch up.

If there are too many of you then why not pop down to the communal lounge and enjoy a cup of tea and catch up there.

The great thing is you are on the second floor, giving you the added bonus of security so leaving the windows open on a hot day is not a worry. It is only a short walk to the shops or the seafront to enjoy those evening strolls, so you really do have the feeling of independence but also the security if you need it.

The local town offers some great shops and other amenities but if you get the local bus or fancy a short drive there are some larger supermarkets not too far away.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking for a new home we had a 2 bedroom in mind so we had space for friends and family to stay but when we viewed this one it was due to the size of the rooms and the fact there is a great guest suite where our family and friends could stay for around £25 per night so it was just perfect and being on the same floor it really made it convenient. The other bonus for us was that it was close to the stair well and also the lift so we had the choice whilst we are still able to do the stairs but also the lift if needed. The other great thing was that there is a laundry room meaning it gave us more space in the kitchen and with the water being included in the service charge it really works well.

  • Bedroom: 12'2 x 11'3 (3.71m x 3.43m)
