FULL DESCRIPTION  

SITUATION The Land is situated approximately half a mile out of the Village of Fishlake and is approached from the centre of the Village via Pinfold Lane turning right at the "T" junction onto Sour Lane where the Land will be found on the left hand side after 0.6 miles being marked on Site by one our distinctive For Sale Boards and is as edged and hatched red on the attached Reference Plan. 

THE LAND This consists of two fields both of which are in arable cultivated and comprise:-

The Land although classified as Grade 3 - 4 on the Land Classification Map for England and Wales is medium bodied fertile Land.

Field No 4187 has a good road frontage to Sour Lane with Field No 4509 being accessed by crossing over North Lane from Field No 4187.

NOTE: Both fields also have a legal access from North Lane off Wood Lane although the lane is currently overgrown and impassable.

Field No 4187 was drained in 2008 by G Baxter Drainage Contractor and drains into Sour Lane Drain. There is a historic drainage scheme to Field 4509 which drains into the drain along the fields northern boundary.

The cropping of the Land for the last 4 years have been:-
