From Skipton head north on the B6265 Grassington Road passing through Rylstone and Cracoe to Threshfield. Having passed The Old Hall pub turn right onto the B6265 signed Grassington/Pateley Bridge/Burnsall and continue towards Grassington passing over the river bridge, round the right hand bend past Grassington village centre onto Hebden Road B6265. Continue for about 600 metres out of the village to the sharp left hand bend and turn right into Mill Lane. Follow Mill Lane to the bottom where the entrance to the land is on the right identified by the David Hill for sale sign.
