Description
Wigglesworth Hall Barn enjoys a delightful rural position between the villages of Wigglesworth and Rathmell in the beautiful setting of the Ribble Valley. Access is from Jack Lane via a shared drive with a private lane forking to the right over Wigglesworth Beck leading through a paddock before opening up in front of the barn. In addition to the principal barn there are a number of useful ancillary buildings.

The barn and buildings stand in immediate grounds extending to about 1.75 acres which include a paddock and a section of Wigglesworth Beck flanked by mature trees. A further pasture through which the barn is initially approached extends to about 2.75 acres being perfect for those with equestrian and conservation interests as well as providing control and security over the approach and outlook from Wigglesworth Hall Barn.

Planning
Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the reinstatement of Wigglesworth Hall Barn to its original height and conversion to form five separate dwellings with ancillary parking and garaging was approved by Craven District Council on the 12 October 2015. Planning consent reference: 72/2015/15718, Listed Building Consent reference 72/2015/15719.

As part of the approved scheme the new bridge over Wigglesworth Beck has been installed and the new track leading from the bridge to the barn has also been constructed. Five separate water supply pipes have been installed between the water main and the barn ready for connection and all new external boundary fences have been erected.
